The Montville Township Planning Board will conduct a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on December 12, 2019, to hear public comment on the adoption of the Township’s Land Use Plan amendments. The Planning Board will provide any person wishing to comment on the Township’s Land Use Plan amendments the opportunity to do so at the hearing or prior thereto in writing. After public comment, the Planning Board shall consider adoption of the Township’s Land Use Plan amendments.
A copy of the Township’s Land Use Plan amendments shall be on file for public inspection no less than ten (10) days prior to the public hearing at the Montville Township Municipal Building, 195 Changebridge Road, Montville, New Jersey, 07045, during normal business hours. Any party interested in commenting on these documents may do so at the public hearing, or may submit written comments to the Planning Board prior to the public hearing date.
