2020 PRIMARY ELECTION

TUESDAY, JULY 7, 2020

IMPORTANT election instructions as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and Governor Murphy’s Executive Order No. 144

In light of the ongoing novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Governor Murphy signed Executive Order No. 144 which requires the County Clerk to send all Unaffiliated and Inactive Democratic and Republican registered voters a Vote-by-Mail Ballot application for the upcoming July 7, 2020 Primary Election.  Montville Township will have one (1) polling site which is the Montville Township Senior Center located at 356 Main Road.  Any voter who appears at this polling place on the day of the Primary Election shall vote a Provisional Ballot, except that a voter with disabilities may vote on an ADA-accessible voting machine.  NO Vote-by-Mail ballots will be accepted at the polling site.

VOTE-BY-MAIL DROP OFF BOX

Montville Township will have a Vote-by-Mail drop off box in front of the Municipal Building (NOT the yellow mailbox where you drop off water, sewer, tax, etc. payments).
