BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of the “Sunshine Law” you are hereby advised that the Township of Montville Board of Adjustment has made the following changes to the regularly scheduled Board of Adjustment Meeting of October 7, 2020 at 7:30pm. The meeting will be held remotely, by means of communication equipment and services. The meeting will be limited to the following matters: ZMSP/F/D/C09-19– Boonton Properties – 83 Boonton Ave– B: 3, L: 47.01 – 3 lot prel/final major subdivision/D variance/ c variance – 2 single family residential lots and 1 commercial retail/restaurant; ZC06-20 McCaul – 12 Montville Ave – B: 51.02, L: 6 – front yard setbacks for addition to single family home; adoption of minutes; resolutions; correspondence and invoices.
