We know that access to cable and internet services has never been more important. Your Montville Township Committee has been working tirelessly to keep our residents and business owners connected, informed, and entertained during this challenging time.
In the event you are having issues or difficulties with respect to cable or internet service, Optimum (Altice) has created four channels to report the issue. Contacting Optimum via any of these channels will result in a trouble ticket being created that will direct a repair team to assess and address the issue:
