MONTVILLE TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE

NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING TO BE HELD TELEPHONICALLY 

AT 7 P.M. ON TUESDAY, 12/08/2020

 

This meeting will be conducted via teleconferencing due to the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) State of Emergency and Public Health Emergency. 

 

IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT AND EMERGENCY REMOTE MEETING PROTOCOL FOR LOCAL PUBLIC BODIES, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Montville Township Committee’s regular meeting of Tuesday, December 8, 2020 that has been previously noticed to be held at the Montville Township Municipal Building, 195 Changebridge Road, Montville, NJ 07045 will be held telephonically at 7 p.m.

 

The meeting schedule will be as follows:    

 

Schedule:         7:00 p.m. – Regular public session

                        Executive Session- will take place immediately after the Regular public session                           is concluded

 

Members of the public may participate in the Regular public session by calling 1-978-990-5000 at the designated time. You will be prompted to enter an Access Code: 424062#. 

 

The agenda to the extent known will be available prior to the meeting on the Township website agenda center at www.montvillenj.com or may be requested from the Township Clerk at sgruca@montvillenj.org or 973-331-3304. Members of the public will be muted during the meeting, but may speak during the designated public comment portion when the phone lines will be unmuted by the host.

 

Written public comments may also be submitted to the Township Clerk by email at sgruca@montvillenj.org or by mail to Clerk, Montville Township Municipal Building, 195 Changebridge Road, Montville, NJ 07045. Written public comments must include the individual’s name, full address and contact information, and identify the meeting they are intended for, as well any relevant ordinance, if applicable. Written public comments must be received by the Clerk no later than 3 p.m. on the meeting date and will be read into the record at the end of the public comment portion. There is a three-minute time limit on all public comments.
