- Outcome: TABLED. Applicant was requested by subcommittee to appear before full
board with discussion of items completed post-approval.
Discussion:
Appearing on behalf of application: Greg Glodek, Ben Giadiosi - owners - and
Rosemary Stone-Dougherty, Esq, - attorney for application. Ms. Stone-Dougherty updated the subcommittee
on the status of the post-approval (granted in October 2009). Ladis had a concern about the lighting and
parking on the property. Existing
parking may not be able to accommodate tenants.
The applicant is to provide
update on NJDEP approvals.
The applicant has requested flexibility to have tenants
occupy property prior to final site improvements in order to generate revenue
to finance the construction.
PMISC10- 42 Personal
Best Fitness - 2 Changebridge Rd East Building Unit F - Addition of a juice
bar for customers and also proposed vinyl vestibule.
- Outcome: Juice bar approved. Vestibule - TABLED. Applicant is requested to research
alternatives to the vestibule, including an air or heat curtain and an
interior vestibule.
