MONTVILLE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF HEALTH

REGULAR MEETING AGENDA

NO NEW APPLICATIONS WILL BE HEARD BY THE BOARD AFTER 10:30 P.M., ANY APPLICATIONS IN PROGRESS, HOWEVER, WILL CONTINUE TO BE DISCUSSED.  APPLICATIONS NOT HEARD DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PLACED ON THE FOLLOWING MEETING AGENDA IN ORDER OF PLACEMENT FROM THE CURRENT AGENDA.

    “As required by the Open Public Meetings Act, adequate notice of this meeting has

      been provided.  The notice specified the time and place of the meeting to the extent

      known at the time.  The notice was posted on the bulletin board at the Municipal

     Approved by the department for the relocation of the parent/child developmental

     play, art and music center from Route 46 to Changebridge Road.      

     C. *Seabreeze Corporation-441 Route 202:

 

            Parking lot modification plan already approved by the planning board being

            provided for informational purposes.  No report required.

    D. *WSP-PMISC 11-29 United Refrigeration Inc./First Industrial Realty Trust-30

           Chapin Road – Unit 1211:

            Approved by the department for an office/warehouse use in the wholesale

            HVAC/R parts and equipment industry.

     E. *WSP-PMISC 11-30 Pitney Bowes/First Industrial Realty Trust-43 Route 46-

            Unit 706:   

 

            Approved by the department for use as an office, display, sales/service, repair

            educational center for the Pitney Bowes operation.

    F. *WSP-PMISC 11.32 Storehouse Windows and Doors-33 Jacksonville Road:

            Approved by the department for use as a showroom, office warehouse with some

            light assembly and finishing.

    G. *WSP-11-33 Living Water Tabernacle-33 Jacksonville Road:

            Approved by the department as an office and church assembly location for 45

            people.

    H. *PMS/C 11-07 Pine Brook Pizza Hut/Crib City-34 Route 46 West:

           Approved by the department for a take-out only pizza business in the Crib

           City/Dunkin Donuts building.

           purposes.

            office/warehouse center

             Approved by the department for an office/warehouse in the HVAC Services

              industry.

            Approved by the department for use as an office/warehouse distribution center

     M *WSP-PMISC 11-37 24/7 International-51 Stiles Lane:

            Approved by the department for use as a showroom/office/warehouse in the

            luggage industry.

           A4-1:

 

           Report needed for use as a dental office for a dentist relocating from 68

           Bloomfield Avenue.
