The committee discussed with the applicants recommendations for the preparation of the site plan including delineation of parking on-site in particular specific location of vehicles and setback from property line.

The applicant indicated that at peak, he would have 60 vehicles on the property.  The bagged salt would be stored on the property.  The property owners indicated that no fending is proposed.  Mr. Russo indicated that all items raised in Omland’s memo from the site plan application in 2004 had been addressed at that time.  Additional storm water management and paving may need to be evaluated if paving is to be expanded.

The subcommittee discussed with the applicant specifics of the application.  The applicant indicated that they would like to move into the building as it is.  The committee agreed that the existing landscaping is sufficient.  The committee is looking for the following information:

  1. proof of cross access easement with Seabreeze property adjacent
  2. parking delineated per ordinance requirement of 1 space per 500 sf.
