Township of Montville

At the meeting of February 28, 2012, the Township Committee heard a presentation on the final recommendations of the Land Use Advisory Committee (LUAC).  The LUAC was established in 2011 for the purpose of evaluating ways in which the land use application process of the Township could be streamlined.   The Committee was comprised of residents, staff members, and members of  the Planning Board and Board of Adjustment.  The final report is a culmination of twelve months of effort that consisted of monthly meetings, interviews with the Board professionals, and a review of existing forms and Board procedures.  The final report is available below.  Please submit any comments or questions to Meghan Hunscher, Principal Planner.  The Township Committee is scheduled to discuss this report again at their regular meeting of March 27, 2012.
