NO NEW APPLICATIONS WILL BE HEARD BY THE BOARD AFTER 10:30 P.M., ANY APPLICATIONS IN PROGRESS, HOWEVER, WILL CONTINUE TO BE DISCUSSED.  APPLICATIONS NOT HEARD DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PLACED ON THE FOLLOWING MEETING AGENDA IN ORDER OF PLACEMENT FROM THE CURRENT AGENDA.

    2.       Approved by the department as an office and warehouse distribution center for bridal dresses.

    3. *WSP-PMISC 12-03 Gencarelli Pizza-1 Hook Mountain Road:
    4.         Department approval given for the merging of two food facility units into one restaurant

    5. *WSP-PMISC 12-04 Zoom Service-112 Main Road-Unit 101:
    6.        Approved by the department for an accountant office

    7. *WSP-PMISC 12-05 GAF Corporation-1 Como Court:
    8.        Approved by the department for an unoccupied warehouse for the storage of roofing shingles

    10.        Approved by the department for use as a software development and consultation office

    12.       Creation of 2 building lots with existing structures to be razed - Approved with conditions by the department

             Approved by the department for the razing of the 2 existing homes on one lot and the construction of 2 new homes each on its own newly created lot.

    16.         Approved by the department for the relocation of the business within the same building.

    17. WSP-PMISC 12-08 Spallissima Wellness Center – 160 Route 202:

           Report needed for proposed topsoil/mulch operations
