The meeting convened at 8:35
a.m. Chairman Lipari thanked the Board members for attending and thanked Perry
Bonadies, general manager of Lake Valhalla Club, for meeting with the
subcommittee.
OLD BUSINESS:
There was no old business to
discuss.
NEW BUSINESS:
Pre-submittal discussion with Lake Valhalla
Club – 13 Vista Rd.
The committee conducted a
site visit at the Lake Valhalla Club led by the general manager, Perry Bonadies
and board member Alan Puleo. The site
visit included a tour of the property south of Vista Road including the ball fields and
tennis courts; area near the volleyball courts; boat launch area; and area
known as the grove.
Following the site visit, the
subcommittee reviewed the plans submitted to the Board of Adjustment and a list
of items that had been constructed and identified during the course of the BOA
hearings that required site plan approval.
Mr. Bonadies also provided a list of items the Club proposes to seek
approval for before the Planning Board, now that they are a permitted use.
Chairman Lipari suggested
that the Club finalize the plans and submit the application and then have a
technical review meeting with the Board Professionals during the completeness
determination period. Mr. Bonadies
agreed to this approach.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further
business to discuss, the subcommittee meeting was unanimously adjourned at
10:00 a.m.
