MINUTES FOR JANURY 26,

The meeting convened at 6:30
p.m. Mr. Lewis welcomed everyone. Mr. William O’Dowd and his business partner Brian
O’Dowd were also present as members of the public.
PLANNING BUSINESS
The subcommittee discussed
Mr. Burgis’ memo proposing amendments to Chapter 230 - Land Use and Development
Regulations (political signs, houses of worship, conditional uses (OB-4
district), accessory uses (LR district), and farm stands).
The subcommittee also
reviewed and discussed a memo from Mr. Peter Steck, PP prepared on behalf of
Mr. William O’Dowd, which discussed the OB-4 zone.
After deliberation, the
subcommittee voted unanimously to recommend to the full Board to refer the
amendments, as presented in Mr. Burgis’ memo, to the Township Committee. No additional changes were recommended.
Ms. Hunscher also briefly discussed the expected
timeline for completion of the remainder of the Master Plan optional elements
based on her discussion with Mr. Burgis’ office and that she is expecting a
packet from the Highlands with next steps
following the appeal period.

There being no further
business to discuss, the subcommittee adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
