Montville Flu Immunization Program Announced: Sept. 28, 2012 |

The Montville Township Health Department will conduct an Influenza Immunization
Program for its residents on Friday, September 28, 2012 at the Senior House
located at 356 Main
Road. The program will run from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00
A.M. and will be free for senior citizens covered by Medicare. All others will
be charged $15.00.
Prior registration with the health
department is required to ensure adequate vaccine is available and for
participants to obtain their appointed time range to
report.
Register by calling the health
department at (973) 331-3316 and have your Medicare Number available, if
applicable, and remember to wear short sleeves.
Anyone not registered can only be
immunized after all registrants have received their
vaccination.
