The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Ms. Hunscher took roll call.

OLD BUSINESS:
There was no old business to discuss.
NEW BUSINESS:
Discussion regarding sidewalks.
The subcommittee discussed policy goal of sidewalks as
outlined in the master plan and ordinance requirements. Mr. Carroll presented options for the
subcommittee to consider presenting to the full board to have applicants meet
this requirement or waive this requirement.
The members present concluded that further discussion was warranted.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further
business to discuss, the subcommittee adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
