MONTVILLE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF HEALTH

REGULAR MEETING AGENDA                  

SEPTEMBER 10, 2012

NO NEW APPLICATIONS WILL BE HEARD BY THE BOARD AFTER 10:30 P.M., ANY APPLICATIONS IN PROGRESS, HOWEVER, WILL CONTINUE TO BE DISCUSSED.  APPLICATIONS NOT HEARD DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PLACED ON THE FOLLOWING MEETING AGENDA IN ORDER OF PLACEMENT FROM THE CURRENT AGENDA.

    “As required by the Open Public Meetings Act, adequate notice of this meeting has

      been provided.  The notice specified the time and place of the meeting to the extent

      known at the time.  The notice was posted on the bulletin board at the Municipal

      Building, sent to the Citizen and was placed on file in the Township Clerk’s Office.

     A.*WSP-PMISC 12-24 Cheral Photonics-26 Chapin Road-Unit 1105:

 

      Approved by the department for the expansion of office/warehouse space in the

      fiber optic component industry from Unit 1104 to include Unit 1105 also

B. *WSP-PMISC 12-25 Tea Wolf-21-25 Riverside Drive:

 

      Approved by the department for the warehouse expansion of the previously

      approved tea leaf extraction business of the previously approved tea leaf

      extraction business.

     C. *WSP-PMISC 12-26 Michael Anzalone-321 Changebridge Road:

           Approved by the department for use as a recreational roller skating location

      D. *PMS 12-16 Sovereign Bank-Main Road:

             Approved by the department for cosmetic upgrades to an existing bank building.

          .  It was noted that well water samples were required and the well was to be added

             for the site plan.

      E. *WSP-PMISC 12-28 Sadhana Yoga-150 River Road-Unit M4:

             Approved by the department as a yoga studio

      F.  WSP-PMISC 12-27 Fabulous Body Treatment-101 Route 46 Building 14:

             Occupancy request for use as a skin health care and spa facility.

       

      G.   PSPP/FC 12-13/PSOIL 12-14 Tuscany Village-B & B Custom Homes-

             219-223 Changebridge Road:

             Report needed for proposed new strip mall
