Mr. Ackerman indicated he had
put in a provision as to the alternatives suggested by the Assistant Township
Engineer, if the Township Committee declines them they would have to remove the
garage. Propose to change to reflect the
condition is subject to a resolution of the issue and if it cannot be resolved
than they cannot go forward with the variance.

Planning Board Liaison report
Mr. Driscoll – The Planning
Board approved the Lake Valhalla Club application. The applicant is going to Township to put
pavers across the street for crosswalk.
Mr. Marinello – Did they get volley ball fence and parking in ball
fields? Mr. Driscoll – Yes and parking
approved for 4 times a year. They got
everything they requested. At the final
meeting there were only 2 people in attendance from Lake Valhalla. Mr. Marinello – I think the applicant met with neighbors to address
their concerns prior to meeting.
