SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING
MINUTES FOR AUGUST 28, 2012

Chairman Lipari convened the meeting at 4:01 p.m. Ms. Hunscher noted those in attendance. This meeting is
being held in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act, and proper notice
has been given.

OLD BUSINESS:
There was no old business to discuss.
NEW BUSINESS:
Pmisc12-26 Anzalone,
Michael – 321 Changebridge Rd.
– I-2A - B: 160.2, L: 18 – 13,471 s.f. roller rink/parties – hours of
operation: M-Thurs 1:30pm-7pm; F-Sat 10am-10pm; Sun 11am-7:30pm – 4 employees –
signage in compliance with approved theme (RBR)
The waiver was approved with the condition that the property
owner be informed that site circulation considerations must be taken at peak
party hours so as to assure that any stacking for “pick-up/drop-off” occurs on
the property and vehicles do not back up onto Changebridge Road.
PMISC12-17 Fabulous
Body Treatment – 101 Rt. 46 Bld 14, unit 137 – 1,480 s.f. skin health care
& spa – 4 employees – hours of operation: 7 days 10am-8pm- signage in
compliance with approved theme (Anton)
The waiver was approved without conditions.
PMISC12-28 Sadhana
Yoga – 150 River Rd.
M-4 – B: 123.01, L: 13.41 & 13.42 – 670 s.f. office/950 s.f. studio for
yoga – 9am-8pm Mon-Fri; 8am-11am Sat – 3 employees – signage in compliance with
approved theme.
The waiver was approved without conditions. Ms. Hunscher noted that the parking had ample
overflow to accommodate proposed class sizes.
