TOWNSHIP OF MONTVILLE
REQUEST
FOR PROPOSALS
The Township of Montville is soliciting qualified firms
or individuals to provide Prosecutorial Services and Public Defender Services.
Request for
Proposals are available below or in the Department of Administration
at 195 Changebridge Road,
Montville, NJ 07045.
Proposals will
be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 6, 2012, in the
Office of the Administrator, Township
of Montville, 195 Changebridge Road, Montville, NJ 07045 or mailed to the attention of Victor
M. Canning, Township Administrator.
The award
of a contractual agreement for the described services will be made by the Township of Montville
based on the respondent’s qualifications including, but not limited to the
following: cost of services, references,
knowledge and interpretation of the Township
of Montville’s Municipal
Court needs and experience as a Municipal Prosecutor or Public Defender.
