Workshop Meeting - informal discussion on common interests in land use development issues

·        Impacts of proposed land uses/rezoning studies/master plan & re-exam;

·        Protection of community character & Community Facilities impacts - use of requirement of agency reports & liaison appointments;

·        Compatibility of various land uses with one another involving coordination of streetscape features (i.e. lighting, landscaping, amenities);

·        Drainage – tree removal, lot grading limits, retaining walls

·        Governmental efficiency in the achieving and maintaining of a satisfactory community environment
