Members reviewed the input offered by the various agencies, department heads and committees on the Highland’s matrix.

Members reviewed the timetables that will be imposed under the Highland’s regulations should we decide to opt in or out.  It was understood that we are required to opt in within the Preservation Region no later than December 8, 2009.
